Shipping Time
We ship confirmed orders within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s shipped. Shipping may be delayed due to factors like postal delays or weather.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll get an email or SMS with your tracking details.

We offer a refund or replacement in these cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product (physical damage)
• Missing product

How to request a refund/replacement:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at help@belogical.in. Include an unboxing video, photos of the issue, and your order ID.
2. We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.
3. If approved, our courier will pick up the product from you.
4. Once we receive the product, we’ll verify it and process the replacement or refund.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product is opened, used, or altered.
• Original packaging is missing.
• The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Damage or missing items are reported after 24 hours of delivery.
• A “delivered” status is marked but the product isn’t received—please notify us within 24 hours.
